Mastro Gourmet Quality Ultra-Clear ice blocks are manufactured at our modern production facility. We use a variety of processes to manufacture Ultra-Clear ice. This clear sculpting block is used by ice sculptors at our facility as well as hotels, country clubs and caterers around the Greater Pittsburgh area. Ultra-Clear is available in four sizes: 40-inch, 45-inch, 48-inch and 60-inch.
